The Minister of Music at Pitts Baptist Church will lead and oversee all aspects of the music ministry, including planning and directing worship services. They will work closely with the senior pastor and church leadership to create a cohesive and spiritually enriching worship experience. The Worship Pastor will also recruit, train, and mentor volunteers in the music ministry, fostering a culture of excellence and heartfelt worship.

The Worship Pastor will also recruit, train, and disciple volunteers in the music ministry, oversee the choir and worship team and foster a culture of excellence and heartfelt worship.
